緣起樓學生宿舍網路使用注意事項(Notices of Student Dormitory Network) |
1.宿網提供每位使用者一個資訊插孔(乙太網路RJ-45介面)及一個IP,禁止私人 Hub或AP 串接宿舍網路設備,嚴重者將停止當學期網路使用資格,再犯者不再接受其使用宿網申請。 2.緣起樓WiFi名稱共兩種,公共區域僅有nhu-yc、寢室為房間編號(如:Y101)。 3.宿舍網路禁止使用P2P檔案傳輸軟體。 4.尊重智慧財產權,嚴禁使用宿網傳遞侵權之數位資料,例如: 受保護之影音媒體及電腦軟體等,一旦經檢舉並查證屬實,除須自負法律責任外,除停止當學期使用資格。 ============================================================================== Notices of Student Dormitory Network 1. The dormitory provides an information jack (Ethernet RJ-45 interface) and an IP to every user. Please don’t use Hub or AP to concatenate dormitory network equipment privately. In severe case, we will stop the network use quality of semester and no longer accept the application of dormitory network for repeated offenders. 2. There are two Wi-Fi names in Yuan Chi Lou Dormitory. Only ‘nhu-Free’ in public area and room number (e.g.Y101) in dormitory. 3. Please don’t use P2P file to transport software in dormitory network. 4. In order to respect intellectual property rights, do not transmit infringement digital data by dormitory network. For example, protected audio-visual media and computer software etc. Once we confirm after reporting to the authorities, you have to take legal responsibility yourselves and will be stopped use quality in semester. |
宿舍網路維修申請(Dormitory Network Repair Application) |
1.學生宿舍網路為校園網路之一部份,主要在於提供本校學生宿舍之住宿者從事學術研究活動,使用上若有問題,均可登入校務行政系統進行網路報修,但若報修狀況為無法使用P2P軟體或玩線上遊戲問題,違反教育部校園網路使用規範及校園網路使用規範,則一律不受理報修。 2.宿舍設置宿舍網管,依約定時間到現場協助處理網路用戶故障申告之諮詢、排除與回報。維修時間為每周一至周五 8:00~12:00、13:00~17:00。 3.宿舍網管人員不負責提供住宿同學軟體、軟體使用諮詢及軟硬體故障維修。 ====================================================== Dormitory Network Repair Application 1. Network of student dormitory is part of the campus network. It mainly provides academic research activities to tenants in student dormitory. If you have any question in using, please log in School Study System to report online. But if the report is about unavailable P2P software or online games problems, it won’t be accepted because it violates Campus Network Use Specification of Ministry of Education and Campus Network use Specification. 2. The dormitory sets network administrators who help to deal with query, exclusion and report of abnormal declaration on site. Repair time is Monday to Friday, 8:00~12:00 and 13:00~17:00. 3. Network administrators are not responsible for providing software and hardware query for tenants & troubleshooting for software and hardware. |
宿舍網路無法正常使用,請檢查是否有下列問題:(Please check the following questions if you cannot use dormitory network normally) |
1.是否使用系統分配的IP?請務必使用宿網管理系統分配之IP,否則將造成無法連至校內,甚至無法連上網路。 2.網路卡是否已被停用?若遭停用請啟用並檢查IP設定是否正確。正確設定為[自動取得IP位址]。 3.網路線是否有接妥?請拔插數次並確定有接妥後,檢查主機上的網孔是否有亮燈(燈亮才表示有連線)。 4.為了維護宿網品質,一旦超流量、散佈spam mail、感染網路病毒或違反智財權,將予以暫時停用。 排除以上問題卻仍無法使用,則請上宿網管理系統填寫修繕單,由資訊中心進行處理。 ======================================================= Please check the following questions if you cannot use dormitory network normally: 1. Do you use assigned IP in system? Be sure to use assigned IP of dormitory management system or you won’t be able to connect in campus and even connect the Internet. 2. Does your network card be stopped? If it is stopped, please start using and check the IP setting correctly. The right setting is ‘Acquire IP Address Automatically’. 3. Do you have plugged in the network cable? Please pull and insert several times and be sure to plug in correctly. And then check the light on the mesh of your host. (It connects when the light lit.) 4. Once you over flow, spread spam mail, infect network virus and violate intellectual property rights, we will stop your using temporarily to maintain the network quality. If you still cannot use the network after excluding above problems, please fill in repairing application form on the Dormitory Network Management System. It will be processed by Information Technology Services Center. |
